I am one of maybe two-three people who knows that Andrew still exists. I know he still talks to Jackie from time to time, and he probably still stays in communication with Caleb.

I know he was in town last week, perhaps.

It's just not fair. He was able to free himself from us Athenians, except the ones that matter to him. I'd like to be one of them.

The next time I see him, I'll say to him "Don't worry. I'm pretty sure all you wanted was to disappear from some of us. I won't tell anybody that I was with you."

and if that time involves special intimate moments (like Jackie's birthday, or whatnot) I'll just say that, and "It'll be our little secret. Or something. Just answer me one thing...did it mean anything to you? Will you remember me?"
